Use the TIS parameter to read only the data for the currently logged in user.
Steps -> Operators
Read the contact info from the database which the user is responsible for.
-> Importing data from SQL sources 3.1
Create an editable grid containing that user specific information.
-> TIS Board - Generate editable data table 4.0
Create an editable grid portlet in the [TIS]Designer.
Add the portlet to your first [TIS] board page.
