The setting in the second column of the formula-operator is not a TIS Parameter.

Change it here

Cannot change values of Parameters

After changing a value, do not forget to update the Parameter.

Parameter cannot update settings in an operation

Another parameter already is set to this operation.

Edit the operator and change the setting manually. If the settings remain with the old setting, another parameter is controlling the settings.
