Initialization data node list

In TIS Editor, developers can now define a list of initialization data nodes. These data nodes are executed, when the one of the projects in the list is opened, in the order defined in the list. This feature replaces Logon Events (see Events).

Patching is done at updating the database with TISInstaller

When updating a database to version 6.9:

• All patches up to version 6.8 is executed after the 6.8 DB update scripts finish. 
• All patches for version 6.9 is executed after the 6.9 DB update scripts finish.

From this point on, one can define patch per version (6.9, 6.10, etc) and these patches will be executed exactly after the database is updated to the corresponding version.

Note that at TIService start, all not-yet-applied patches are still executed, but that means only at the latest version of the database.
